Don't risk using a second rate service provider. Our GenXGames staff is highly experienced in World of Warcraft leveling services. First and foremost, it's important for you, the customer to know your character is safe with us. World of Warcraft Power Leveling Terms of Service (TOS): An additional link to the World of Warcraft Power Leveling Terms of Service will be displayed on the checkout page. You'll need to agree to the Terms Of Service in order to purchase WOW Power Leveling. How We Make Power Leveling Safer: To ensure your maximum safety we only ask you to do a few things. First, get your character to at least level 5. We have noticed that bannings are much less frequent once your character is through the first few levels, and in fact, this doesn't take much of your time. Second, we recommend that if anyone knows your character name, and they are a close friend, please tell them in advance what is going on. Let them know by phone, regular email, or on Ventrillo / Teamspeak. Our employees are trained to never respond to anyone! But sometimes we are forced to communicate. If you are on a PVP server, we might have to run some instances at low levels, or if we are making a healing class, such as a priest, it may also be hard or near impossible for us to not speak with others. Communication is limited as much as possible though. On the bright side, all of our employees do speak English and our Power Leveling service is NEVER done in China. The GenXGames Safety Guarantee (An Added Protection Option) The safety of your account is very important to us. Blizzard can and sometimes will ban accounts, for whatever reason they like. Banned CDkeys are lost for good, and new accounts must be made with newly purchased keys. This is why GenXGames offers a safety Guarantee plan. With every power leveling package (or plain 1-60 / 1-70) packages, we offer an option to purchase a Safety Guarantee. If you purchase our Power Leveling service with no guarantee, we simply offer a pro-rated refund if your account was banned (if we got you to level 50, and then we lose access to the account, we refund the 60-70 portion of the order). However, it doesn't have to be this way! You can add a safety protection plan to your order if you want to guarantee your own safety. Below are some of the features of the Safety Guarantee. Safey Guarantee Features 1-1st Banning: If your account is banned for any reason, we will send you a new CDkey (if applicable, a Burning Crusade CDkey is also sent). You will set up a new account and then we will then start over and complete the leveling job! We will reduce our time spent to 12 hours per day max, instead of the normal 18 hours per day. This of course will change the time required to complete the order--it will take longer. (e.g. If you are level 60, on a 1-70 job, and get banned, we will send a new CDkey and then start over and make a new 1-70 Character!) 2-2nd Banning: If your account is banned for any reason, we will again send you a 2nd CDkey (if applicable, a Burning Crusade CDkey is also sent). You will set up another new account, then we will then reduce our time to 8 hours a day, and complete the job. This of course will further change the time required to complete the order-it will take longer. 3-3rd Banning: If we get banned a 3rd time, we will give you a pro-rated refund for your order (you will only be charged for the CDkeys we sent you, or any time card(s) we added if applicable) 4-Cost: The safety Guarantee costs 50% of the leveling service total cost, with a 60 USD minimum. 5-The plan only covers the character being leveled (not other characters if there are some on the same account. 6-We must confirm the account was banned before we will send added CDkeys. 7-You are NOT required to add a protection plan, it's just an added safety feature for your account. 8-The protection plan premium is only refundable until we start working. Once work has started, it cannot be refunded. 9-If it is determined the account was closed due to actions of the account owner, the Safety Guarantee becomes void and no refunds can be given.
