ARENA PVP LEVELING & GEAR FARMING FAQ:

For best results, order at the same time as a friend. If we are forced to play with someone we don't know we may not be able to reach the promised point quantities. Order two characters, or more at the same time, and we can deliver. It's important that your character has already reached level 70; otherwise, it will be impossible for us to provide the service. Gaining enough points in the Arena to completely gear out your character is quite time consuming.
Just find at least one friend, or up to 4 friends (5 Man Team) that want to farm the Arena at the same time as you, and do both orders from our site at the same time. When it comes time to spend your points and buy your Gladiator Arena rewards, head to area 52 in Netherstorm and see a little Green Goblin named 'Vixton Pinchwhistle'; he's nearby the inn. Once you get to 5,000 points, you will have to spend some--if the week ends and your points are not spent, you will not gain the next weeks points.
Let our 'A' Team will farm the arena for you; we will pick our top players to make sure we get you your purchased points each day. If by some remote chance we haven't achieved the promised quantity of points, we will give you a pro-rated refund based on the amount of points that were missing. For your safety we won't be playing your account for more than 18 hours a day. We also recommend that while we are playing the account, that no one else plays. Blizzard watches the number of IP Addresses that log into your account and if they feel anything is suspicious, they will take action on your account. So, we recommend that if you have friends that play your account, that you temporarily change your password and make sure no one else is on the account while we farm your arena points.
You'll notice that all Arena services require a minimum of 7 days. The reason, is that each team member getting points must have played in at least 30% of all games for the week, and, as stated on Blizzards Arena FAQ: "Your team will obtain a ranking by playing at least 10 rated battles a week". Arena teams may have 2, 3, and 5 members. For example, if you have a 5 member team, all 5 players should purchase the same arena package at the same time. Depending on the package you ordered, the points will be accumulated while you wait. It's important that you know our workers are professional and will not take any items from you. The only possible situation in which our employees may use some gold, is if they find the need to purchase runecloth for bandages.
We want you to know that we take every precaution possible for your safety. We limit communication with your friends as well... You may want to warn important people that might be suspicious through email or on teamspeak / ventrillo that someone is going to play your account for a while to help you out.
